Please note the following policy:

• More than 24 hours' notice: No charge — simply reschedule at your convenience.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: Will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

• No-shows: Will be charged in full, and may be required to pay in advance for future appointments.

• Late arrivals (15+ minutes): Your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client's time. Full price still applies.

Life happens! If you're sick or dealing with an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll work it out together. 💕

Deposits: All online appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your session.

Payment Options: On the day of your service, you may use the card on file, pay with a different card, or pay with cash — whatever works best for you! Your deposit will be applied to your session total, and you'll only pay the remaining balance.

This way, you can focus on healing instead of worrying about checkout. 💕

• You'll complete an intake form when booking online (already done!)

• We'll take about 5 minutes before your session to discuss your goals, any areas of concern, and what you're hoping to get out of your time here

• I'll step out while you undress to your comfort level and settle onto the table

• Your session begins! All you need to do is relax and breathe — I'll move your body as needed, so there's no need to help by lifting your head, arms, or legs. Just let go and let me do all the work! 💕

• Afterward, I'll give you a moment to get dressed, and we can chat about any aftercare tips

Taking a hot shower is always recommended prior to receiving a body treatment in order to promote muscle relaxation. 🛁

Yes! You will be properly draped with a sheet throughout your entire session. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered at any time.

You should undress to whatever level feels comfortable for you. Most clients undress completely, while others prefer to keep undergarments on. The choice is entirely yours.

I will step out of the room to give you complete privacy while you undress and get settled on the table.

It varies for everyone! However, here are some general guidelines:

• Preventative care / Daily stress: One massage every 2-4 weeks is common.

• Pain management / Injury: Weekly sessions may be suitable if you are seeking relief from chronic pain or injury recovery.

Nonetheless, feel free to treat yourself to a massage as often as you see fit. Consistency is key to a manifested body. ✨
